Week 2!

Week two has come to a close!  It was quite hot this week, but we did our best to focus and learn despite the humidity.

Questions to ask your child about their week:

• What is math workshop? Tell me about your interactive math notebook...
• What are brain breaks?  Can you explain what GoNoodle is? Who is Squatchy Burger?
• What do you do during morning meeting?
• What classroom job did you apply for?
• What is digital citizenship/digital passport?
• What creative writing prompt did you pick as a starting point?  What are you writing about?
• What book are you reading?
• What is your reading binder for?  
• Who is your reading buddy?

Reminder:  Picture day is next Thursday, September 17th.  Curriculum Night is also next Thursday at 6:30pm.
