*Math:
- Brainstormed logical consequences for not rising to our behavior expectations
- Reviewed 2x2 and 3x2 multiplication
- Reviewed long division
- Played math games with 5D!
- Set up our math notebooks...unit 1 begins on Monday!
*Literacy:
- Wrote a four paragraph creative writing story from a list of prompts
- Introduced KidBlog and set up our accounts
- Wrote our first blog post
- Read from Scar Island
*Social Studies:
- Discussed the five themes of geography
- Discussed the difference between identity and perspective
- Read a shocking news article to practice seeing one event from multiple perspectives
- Wrote down what we already know about the three worlds (Europe, the Americas and Africa)
*Buddies:
- We met with our buddies and did a playground scavenger hunt!
