*Smarter Balanced Testing: We finished the ELA portion of testing and began the first chunk of math. Students worked so hard during testing times and really put forth great effort. We will have testing on Monday and Tuesday next week.
*Jeff Warner: Our artist in residence, Jeff Warner, has been meeting with the entire fifth grade each afternoon to teach history through folk songs. The kids are loving it! We will be having a sing a long to showcase all of our newly learned lyrics on Thursday, April 21st at 1:15. You are welcome to come join!
*Social Studies: Although time was limited this week, students worked hard during any free moments they had to practice for our play. Due to our Jeff Warner sing along, we have moved the date and time of the play. It will now be on WEDNESDAY, April 20th at 10:30.
