We had a lot going on this week, that's for sure! Here's a quick look:
*Math: we took the end of year assessments and continued working on our music videos. These will hopefully be completed sometime next week.
*Science: students formed groups, began researching the varying types of wind turbines and created sketches for their own product. They then went shopping at the Dellel-LOH Depot for supplies. Their goal? To design a wind turbine that will lift at least 10 pennies 30 cm off of the ground.
*CMS Guidance visited us on Wednesday and discussed what life will be like as a sixth grader at CMS.
*Surprise: A huge heartfelt thank you to all of 5H and 5D for surprising me on Friday afternoon with a bridal shower. I am so blessed to teach such thoughtful students <3
